The times quoted (if any) are given in good faith, but shall not be binding. To facilitate a prompt delivery, all dispatches will be made direct from the point of ordering.
Duties & Taxes: All goods ordered from the Touch Up Paint Factory UK website www.touchuppaintfactory.co.uk will be subject to the local import duties and taxes of that country and these charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Late deliveries: Touch Up Paint Factory can accept no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances out of their control causing late delivery (such as incomplete or incorrect order or address details). Neither Chipex nor their designated carrier will accept claims for consequential loss due to late deliveries.
Incomplete/Incorrect Addresses: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have provided a full, complete, and accurate address. If an order has been placed and the incorrect address has been provided, we accept no liability for this. We therefore cannot provide a refund for an order that has been delivered to an incorrect address.
If an order has been returned to us by our courier due to an incorrect address being provided, redelivery costs will be charged at the prevailing rate before we resend the order.
Refused deliveries: If you refuse a delivery, it can take up to 3 months to be returned to us, depending on the destination. Any eligible refunds are subject to our refund policy.
Damaged, Incorrect & Incomplete: If you have received an item that is damaged, incorrect, or is missing items please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the issue before returning any goods so we can help to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost Parcels: If your parcel has been lost by the courier on its way to you, we will of course provide a replacement or refund.
Delivery Address Changes: If you have contacted the courier to change the delivery address from the one given at the time of your order and your parcel has been lost or stolen from that address, we will not accept any liability for this’.
Parcel Collection: If you have changed the address or have been contacted by the courier to say your parcel is with a "Service Centre" you will need to contact the courier in order to arrange a collection of the item from the Service Centre. We will not be able to do this for you, nor can we provide you with any "Collection Codes".
Returns Policy
All Touch Up Paint Factory paint kits are custom/tailor made to each individual customers order due to the unique colour code paint product. Therefore single paint products and paint kits are exempt from Distance Selling Regulations and are non-refundable.
Products that do not contain paint can be returned within 28 days of receipt for a refund . All items must be in their original packaging and unused.
How Does The Returns/Refund Policy Work?
Should you have a paint colour issue please do get in contact with us by emailing info@touchuppaintfactory.co.uk once you have double checked your vehicles colour code for accuracy. The Touch Up Paint Factory kits come with a 100% colour match guarantee (providing correct colour information has been submitted with the order). If the colour is not correct we will remake the paint so as to check for mixing inaccuracy or we can offer you a full refund.
When Do My Revocation Rights Begin?
The period of revocation/cancellation begins following the receipt of the last item of your order and lasts for a period of 28 days. Details pertaining to your right of revocation are included in our terms and conditions.
How Much Are The Return Costs?
Customers are to return items to us at their own cost.
How Do I Get My Money Back?
Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive a refund. This usually takes up to 7 business days to complete. In the case of a refund to a credit card, the refund may take up to 30 days to complete. Touch Up Paint Factory offers the following refund options:
- In the case of credit card payments, your credit card account will be credited.
- In the case of payments via PayPal, your PayPal account will be credited.
A refund through other means of payment is not possible, unless your credit card has expired. In this case, we need your bank details (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT) to refund the amount into your bank account.
